Do I need an account first?

Yes, a free one. Starting a trial asks you to sign in or sign up, then takes you to checkout.

What happens on day 14?

Your card is charged for the first month unless you cancel before then. There's one free trial per account.

How many credits do I get during the trial?

A quarter of the month's: 37 on Solo, 100 on Agency. The full amount arrives with your first payment.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly credits don't: they refresh when your plan renews. Pack credits last 12 months.

What does GA4 Tracking Health need?

A GA4 property connected with read-only access. You choose the property and up to 10 events (25 on Agency) in Settings. We keep daily totals for those events for 90 days, never page-level or user-level data.

Is VAT added?

No. DATA HIT isn't VAT-registered, so the price shown is what you pay.

How do I cancel?

From Settings, any time. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for.
